My experience wasn't the greatest. I joined an division that was the fastest growing division in the company, double digit growth YoY for 3+ years. Our product focus constantly changed, name changed and more. The people I worked with were great, but the leadership was obviously lacking as they didn't know what direction they wanted to go.

Experience was great in terms of colleagues and cross functional collaboration. In terms of organization, it was a disaster. Company re-re-brands, goes private, CEO resigns amongst others, 5 rounds of layoffs, complete reshuffle/restructure of Sales org and GTM strategy. Dream Job, nightmare timing.
