SurveyMonkey is a great product if you need to send a survey; unfortunately, the company tried to make it into a "sticky", enterprise-level platform, and it just didn't work. They've been bought by private equity and the compensation structure no longer makes sense or is attainable.

My overall experience was, that it started very well, career possibilities were good, but then changed quickly as management decided to take some bad decisions, for example their change in the EMEA strategy, the rebranding etc... Not working there anymore, happy that I left yet somehow nostalgic of the "old days". The people I met there were amazing.

Overall experience was extremely positive, great peers, great direct reports, industry leading multipliers to encourage sales people to, "run beyond the finish line". A lot leadership changes once Zendesk shareholders pulled the rug on the acquisition. Naturally has an impact on culture, commitment and opportunities to grow.
