My overall experience has been that SurveyMonkey still runs like a startup. They have good intentions but are reactionary. Additionally resources are not allocated correctly for things like updating the website- pulling product we no longer sell off etc. In the last 18 months- 3 layoffs all targeting product development and the sales team. Teams are siloed and slack is main communication channel. Misinformation and incorrect information is all over the place. Training is very much attempted but led by inexperienced training.

Great leadership, colleagues, culture, everyone was happy. Unfortunately went through a layoff.

The role was unfortunately terminated after private equity takeover, the total department was laid off. The company now moves to a product led path thus eliminating the need for new sales hires. Compensation was good and 4x quarterly multiplier on an already generous Comms plan... Although a small percentage of the team actually achieved it
