Former Employee2.6Apr 2, 2024I had a variable view on this company, as I felt more manipulated than encouraged. Overall, they are amazing at getting you to want to make money and get out and source leads, yet they over promise, and under deliver. Missed genuine training and structure, causing the highest turnover rates I've ever seen. I would not recommend working for SunRun.
