First year was great, lately as market stiffens things have become way worse. layoffs, restructured commissions, less budget for incentives, etc

Great experience with Sunrun over all. It's 100% commission with no base. But there is no cap to what you make. I had amazing leaders in this company and poor ones as well. The opportunity is what you make it, and most people don’t cut out for door to door. If you can swing it, all year, all season, you’ll be a happy camper. If you’re unable or unfit for the job, don’t dwell too long when you give it your best shot. Turnover is ridiculously high

My experience was a good intro and pivot for me into sales. I felt they had a good leadership and culture. I don't prefer door to door sales but the lessons i gained through my stint were insightful.
