There’s a learning curve if you’re new to solar or your background is in B2C. Once you get rolling, shift your pipeline from company leads towards self-generated deals. Your work/life balance will be way better and the comp for referrals and aged opportunities is easily 2x.

Great place to start if you are new, they offer amazing training. Lead flow is zero to none and pay is the lowest I’ve ran across in the industry.

Good experience for me overall. Low base salary, but most in the industry do not have a base salary. Lots of perks and vacations for rockstars, but tough on low performers. Low commissions compared to the industry, but base salary and leads are given to reps based on closing percentage.
