The change in leadership caused massive turbulence across the sales organization. Also the approach towards competing against our competitors was very weak.

Decent Job, changing a lot after the FP Acquisition. Benefits are NOT competitive. No 401K Match, no RSU's, opportunity tto invest thru Francisco Partners but the cost barrier is pretty high (minimum $15K)

The product is a solution looking for problems, so you'll be constantly trying to convince your customers to abandon their best of breed for your mediocre platform. The transition to private equity has caused a weirdly toxic culture with micromanagement and constant criticism. Would not recommend in 2024.
