Current Employee I have generally loved my time at Stryker. The managers I have worked with have been excellent and very supportive. Training has been great, lots of opportunities to further your learning are given. Product portfolios are great, I truly believe they are life changing products.
However the major fault I would say with the company is that the HR and recruitment department are incredibly disappointing and impersonal. The hiring process is archaic and ridiculous, and the HR representives are slack and do not return calls or emails. Had I known what I know now about how dismal this department is in their treatment of strong applicants I would never have applied for a job. Really sours your view point on a great company, very disappointing.
