My overall experience started great. Now, 8 years later, I don’t recognize the company I used to love. Year over year they have consistently cut rep’s pay significantly, decreased territory size, and the quality of our products has dramatically declined which makes reaching our sales goals unrealistic.

My overall experience was positive. I grew an expansion territory in a highly competitive market where my division of Stryker was not the local leader.
