My overall experience is not a very good one. The training and product is good but the work/life balance and opportunity for moving up in the company is often hindered by upper management as they have you doing the grunt work and tasks they don’t want to be doing.

Stryker is a great company with decent products. Toxic team culture/leadership, misrepresentation of territory business opportunity, and stagnant product develop are reasons to stay away.

Great, stable company but this is no longer a “salesman’s paradise” as the sales leaders like to call it. Comp is not at the top of the market with few exceptions due to comp and territory cuts, but it’s still comfortable. Great technology for the most part and they keep making good acquisitions. Overall a good place for a rep to work.
