There is no base salary. It is a fully commission role. Good commission structure although it gets squeezed every year. Leadership doesn’t care about you they care about 10% growth each year. The environment for a salesperson to succeed gets worse every year. Work life balance is very good.

Overall experience was just ok. Great product, bad job developing talent. Almost every MPS left after 2-3 years because of ceiling.
