I have generally loved my time at Stryker. The managers I have worked with have been excellent and very supportive. Training has been great, lots of opportunities to further your learning are given. Great company but my area was very heavy with surgeons who were consultants for other companies. Was able to generate new business but was not enough to continue growing each year

Stryker was by the best company I have worked for in my career. The products are best in class, I was able to apply my skills and best attributes to my day to day role, and I was surrounded by like minded individuals driven to succeed.
