Stryker used to be a great place to work. Seems as of lately leadership is squeezing out tenure reps to minimize cost. This will ultimately lead to their detriment.

Simply the best employment experience in my career. Stryker's culture is the best of any med tech organization. You won't know when you are there, but it is a special organization.

I love working at stryker but currently the pay for Upper extremity varies. I do not feel that I am being payed fairly for how much business I actually bring in.
