I love working at stryker but currently the pay for Upper extremity varies. I do not feel that I am being payed fairly for how much business I actually bring in.

I only had experienced it during Covid but it was incredibly high stressed. Everyone was high strung, worried about being canned for not hitting quota and had no life outside of work. Great. Strong culture, good products to sell, friendly teammates. Due to large scale of company and corporate model, pay is generally capped.
