ASR in Sports Medicine. Great training, good product, OR based role, essentially glued to your surgeons, making sure they have everything they need for surgery. Need to be a self starter, pay is low for an ASR - expectation is to learn products inside and out and prove yourself as someone able to grow business before being promoted to a sales rep, where you can make pretty good money. Top sports medicine reps can make 200-350k.

Stryker pays the best and also expects the most. In reality the expectations are unrealistic but they hire reps that are capable of overperforming. Stryker is not a company that 95% will have a longterm career.
