High paying but political like many sales orgs. Product has good market fit but little focus on professional development or even knowing people on a personal level.

Pros: The comp is excellent and most of the people you work with are smart. Great also to work for a pair of founders you believe in. Cons: GTM priorities change a lot. Hard to overachieve - feels like there’s a lot of potluck.

Overall experience was good, but as Stripe moves upmarket, there are constant changes to the GTM strategy that make selling more difficult than more mature orgs
