Luckily the organizational culture is almost self aware and empathizes on the day to day struggles, just will not do anything to change it. No other raises or bonuses for consistent performances and only quarterly payouts. Industry: paper and print, so maybe that's why. Reps have been there for over 20 years so are being highlighted in sales awards which makes no sense as they have legacy accounts. Who cares?

My overall experience was good. Great team leadership. Just the company as a whole I did not understand the bigger picture for them. To many changes with no direction.
