My experience at this sales organization was both rewarding and challenging. Achievements were driven by comprehensive training, a supportive team, effective tools, and clear goals. The supportive environment and resources were pivotal to my success, while the challenges honed my resilience and adaptability.

Overall Staffbase is a great place to work. Very collaborative environment and a great product that solves problems for internal communicators. The only downside is that the sales cycle can be a bit longer sometimes (6-12 months)

Culture at Staffbase changed drastically. It used to be a supportive and helping sales org, now it's a dog eat dog culture where the new sales leadership has their favorites they brought with them. The quota was increased heavily and quota attainment is very low. That combined with a 50/50 split makes for a very unpleasant experience as an AE.
