Current Employee2.3Jul 7, 2023No accountability from leadership for bizarre decisions leading to an unstable financial situation. Nobody has ever hit quota in their first 3 years. You will live off your base salary. Great product but high churn rate of both employees and customers. Terrible culture of bullying. Avoid.

Current Employee2.4Oct 12, 2023Culture at Staffbase changed drastically. It used to be a supportive and helping sales org, now it's a dog eat dog culture where the new sales leadership has their favorites they brought with them. The quota was increased heavily and quota attainment is very low. That combined with a 50/50 split makes for a very unpleasant experience as an AE.
