Current Employee The success org has recently switched the way we are comped which will cause us to make much less than previous years. Last year, if we had a month with no renewals, but still had growth, our payout was on par with the work we put in. Now, we are only paid out on "kickers" which are around $100 if that. It's absolutely not fair and does no align with the work we put it for our accounts. We are also currently on a team structure as an entire North American success org, so even though I have tons of growth the past two months, I won't be paid out on it because we're comped based on how the entire success org in North America does.
