Commission plan is generous in the sense that it always seemed to be more than I had calculated in my head. Many comp plans put there are looking for ways to take money out of your pocket, Sprouts really encourages overperformance.
There's not much more you can ask for in an organization than people who genuinely care about you personally and professionally and Sprout has that.
Best product in the industry too, it was a joy ripping and replacing competitors.
