Leadership is great, Sales/Rev Ops has limited the capacity for success due to territory break outs. The opportunity to come close to meeting quota is nearly impossible even for extremely talented reps and seasoned reps.

Overall great experience. Compensation structure was just changed this year for the BDR org and it is not the most lucrative since closing deals is out of your hands as a BDR. Besides that great company with potential for career growth.
