Overall experience positive, but a lot of changes over the last 2 years that have made things harder for AEs across all segments

Sprout is one of those places that seems too good to be true when you read Glassdoor and RepVue, however, it's the perfect mix of fast-growing and smart investing company. We don't over-invest, we grow at the right rate. That means reps have great territory and achievable quotas and people grow and succeed. Mostly every rep makes far above their OTE here.

Good product overall, great culture and leadership. Challenging to hit quota. Inbound pipeline is poor. Canadian benefits are extremely weak compared to US. US has 401k matching, Canadians do not get RRSP matching, ESPP available for US employees but not Canadian, and US employees get additional healthcare benefits like fertility benefits whereas Canadians do not.

Compensation structure changed to a MRR focused system. SDRs and BDRs have commission tied to their AEs performance. SDR is paid out 50% MRR and BDR is 75%. Having compensation be a slot machine is why many are leaving.
