Was a great place, now it’s become a refuge for castaway ServiceNow people. Culture is a total disaster, as is morale.

Very shady commission structure with a lot of factors completely out of your control. Lazy leadership who have no interest in building you up into great salespeople. Great product and base salary!

Good experience with new sales leadership so far. Lots of changes happening in GTM, so if you can fight through short-term pain of change, you will be at a company turning into a multi-product company and ability to break the comp plan.
