How is Sprinklr winning against Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc?

The answer below is clearly from someone on  Sprinklr's team. After working at Sprinklr and other competitors, I'd say Sprinklr wins at the 5+ Billion accounts where there are many channels and brands to support. Sprout Social dominates anything under 1 Billion. Everything inbetween will be an interesting fight for the next couple of years.

Sprinklr sometimes win and sometimes doesn't simply put. Sprinklr is an enterprise grade solution so customers can expect to pay triple the price at times compared to sprout. Sprinklr will win through enhanced features sets eg more channels, more AI functionality, better service etc. If the customer is an enterprise or a large commercial customer looking to get more out of their social media management then sprinklr could be the right fit. If it's a SMB who is exploring other platforms and has 10 seats, dont waste time with these customers.

Sprinklr always wins for tech aspects. They lose only because of how expensive they are.

I agree with the May 22nd answer.  Sprinklr is much more expensive, and has more features, which is why they appeal to larger brands.  I'd adjust the revenue categories given (1bn below, 5bn above) to include that they also play best with those 5bn+ companies that are heavily b2c.  I too am a former employee who left, but have been around the block in the space.  Decent company, poor leadership (imo), good comp plan... you really just need to get those 2-3 accounts that you can really see the path to becoming 5M+ ARR accounts.  You're not hitting your quota competing against Sprout.

The comment about the 5+ Billion accounts is spot on. Sprinklr serves the biggest brands in the world the best because they have so much tech stack. For every other company (vast majority) those other companies are just as capable for a fraction of the cost and I'd even argue easier to use.
