New agents get a lower OTE, so if you have been here a while it isn’t too bad. Be focused and work hard, it isn’t too bad. Your leads are directly correlated to your efficiency in selling so make sure you aren’t burning through leads without closing some.

Biz ops, finance, licensing, support, all treat sales agents terrible. In my 4 years the company not only trims the comp plan heavily, they consistently try to hide the changes and management is told to sell and obscure the plan changes to their agents.
