In my 4 years the company not only trims the comp plan heavily, they consistently try to hide the changes and management is told to sell and obscure the plan changes to their agents. This company is as turn and burn as it gets, they would rather not pay you renewals and just get someone else in your seat. The worst black box zero transparency leadership imaginable. Do you like making $40k a year while being told by your stressed sales manager to commit felonies? This is the place for you. Less than 30% of agents make OTE.
