Terrible. I'm glad to have left. The money was amazing but once a couple of big renewal and uplifts were out of the way, there was nothing. No leads, no opps. Splunk would have been a great place to work 7 years ago. The culture is terrible. Middle management are a waste of space and money drives bad behaviours. Stay well clear.

It's been a relatively uneventful since I have joined Splunk. Quoting is difficult, the overall systems feel out of date and confusing. The partner org is fine, nothing spectacular.
