Not what it used to be. Post Cisco acquisition has been extremely messy but producing some additional conversations for sales. Mid-market as an entire segment has been underperforming. No one on my team will hit quota this year.

Splunk overhired AEs and as a consequence the hero to zero factor is very high, either you blow it away or your struggle mightily to get to the arbitrarily assigned number. My overall experience was positive until the Cisco acquisition, this is when things started to go downhill. Has potential to improve or get much worse in the next 12 months depending on how Cisco does and handles Splunk.
