Good culture. Immature solution for the European market. Instead of using Meddic, they have their own unique sales process. Different teams were using different sales approaches. No streamlining at all.

My overall experience is that the quotas were set unrealistically too high and with exception of one person each year, no one hit quota across enterprise and commercial organizations. Inbound leads are rare. The persona to reach in an outbound motion rarely respond to outbound correspondence.

Split’s got a great product-market fit and good, hard-working people. The executive team cares. However, the upward growth/ promotion track is nonexistent and full quota attainment is scarce.
