The worst company I’ve ever worked for. The folks managing the sales territories are judge, jury, and executioner. New executive leadership were brought in and extreme micromanagement has ensued. They are hemorrhaging top reps.

I don’t have much time now, but I’ll say that Spectrum Enterprise had great potential. I gave it my all, but ultimately could not overcome the toxic culture, complete lack of leadership, and inadequate support. I had a great experience here during my 9.5 years. It's a better company to be a IC than a manager because you own the sales number but have limited authority to make changes needed to win.
