Great experience but looking for a career change. Pay structure is ok, but great company to gain experience and then move on.

In 9 years my overall experience has been positive. In the past 2 years there has been a change in leadership in the Maryland market and the culture has become rotten from the top down. Sales are asked to do way too many non revenue driving tasks and it takes away from time to sell and consult with your clients.
