Overall my experience is that you get lots of flexibility. In addition to 150 tc you get pension, 401k and a nice company car to use as you please. All in probably adds another 20k. The new car with free gas insurance maintenance etc is probably 20k pre tax alone.

Can you provide any insight into your experience with the drug screen? Interested in an opportunity and have been living out West for several years but don't want to waste anyone's time if a positive thc screen would impact an offer :)
