Company has evolved since hiring, been a rollercoaster over my tenure, but overall good people, direction and assistance. Not as competitive with compensation for our segment and marketing needs to be worked on - especially for a company with market share as substantial as Sophos.

Poor management. not competent people become managers, due to which multiple people are quoting the jobs, management prefer to not see this problem and keeps those people. Products are good, and easy to sell.
