My overall experience was a company that can do a lot of grate stuff but due to lack of good management and allocated resources is drowning. Upper management is more concerned about sales than actually provide a good solution for their potential clients adapted to the specific target

My overall experience was pretty decent, all things considered. The initial team sales managers were open and helpful. They tried to keep the environment fun at times, although there was serious pressure to deliver results.

Constantly raising the quota, and adjusting the comp plans to pay out less.
