Overall fine company to work for. Internal processes could be better, leadership is uninspiring, but they do their job. Culture is suffering a bit from numbers being lower than previous years

Its a great organization to start your career in tech, but after an 1-2 years. I would recommend either switching department or the company in similar space to get better pay.

As a value added reseller they are a sales based organization instead of a tech company. I prefer being on a sales team of a tech company. As a territory account executive to get a book of accounts and are required to prospect. They try and balance the accounts fairly but of course sometimes there's some imbalance.
