Great company with good values, work culture, and incentives. They like to promote internally and reward their employees. The only con is the basic salary but that is then made up with the variable (commissions).

Low basic in the market however big earning potential from year 3 onwards. Hiring strategy is to get graduates or second jobbers. Little value if not at the start of your career as you have to build from no customer up to your own book of accounts so first few years is low commission but then excels rapidly
