Strong brand, straddles the 501c6 status and an attempted corporate structure simultaneously, which causes friction with mission vs. commission; ie association objectives vs. business objectives.
Moves extremely reactively and has a call center vibe. Great colleagues, clients an opportunity but too leadership still refining their “closed door” strategy.
