I would not recommend working for SHRM Enterprise Solutions if you value executives who lead by example and care about their people’s mental and physical well-being. Be prepared to function as a used and abused inside sales rep with no real process or systems to follow and be gaslighted by your leadership when you express the areas you’re struggling to understand or overcome in terms of job challenges. Toxic leadership albeit some of the best colleagues I’ve ever had. Too bad we all couldn’t just lead ourselves!
