My overall experience at SoSafe was terrible, they have a fire&hire mentality, toxic management, forcing you to do 60+ calls no matter if you can get your results through over ways

Hire & Fire Culture. The development of current staff - especially in SMB - is no priority, but your activity is. No clear management from direct leads. Very fast-growing company with inexperienced mid-level & frontline managers. Great for people with experience how need no support such as material from sales enablement or coaching by a direct manager.
