Very fast-growing company with inexperienced mid-level & frontline managers. Great for people with experience how need no support such as material from sales enablement or coaching by a direct manager.

They expect the same result as for the German reps although other market's penetration are miles behind. No efforts made to accommodate the international team. We're just a second thought.
