Honestly this place is going downhill pretty fast. I'm a sales engineer and this place is just being drained of any technical talent. Old outdated managers rule the roost and should have retired or been forced out long ago.

Overall experience was financially rewarding, Neo4j pays for performance and they make it easy to earn. Culturally it was a bit of a miss for me, a lot of big egos in the wrong places. Things did get better over time.
