Zero brand awareness, and often confused with Snowflake and ServiceNow. This leads to minimal pipeline despite massive efforts. Executive leadership seemed unwilling to pivot how they invested in the US market. There might be one individual making their number in Enterprise. Smart and warm people in general terms, but the company as a whole lacks the ability to do what is necessary to improve brand awareness, create a more easily adopted product, and be competitive.
