Good people and team members. Fun to be able to work with coaches and students. Depending on your territory, this job is a lot of work for little return. Goals are unrealistic and unattainable, leaving reps. unmotivated and ultimately causing high turnover.

The best part about this job is that you’re given a ton of freedom to run your territory the best way you see fit. In my experience, the role is challenging as there are now other competitors in the space who offer the same product for 80% cheaper.
