Dissolved the Commercial AE team and turned them into glorified SDRs. 0 development or upward mobility. Management is weak. Culture is weak. Product is fantastic but lost too many good people.

The issues are with leadership and marketing. There are way too many people who don’t frankly do much or what little they do is low quality. They are tied in with the CEO. Marketing survives because no one appears to measure them on ACV.

Sink or swim. Hard to say they're doing anything right besides paying a good salary & managing a few large customers. Good luck!
