The company has amazing product/market fit with a very large TAM. Just starting to focus on verticals. While Professional Dev and Training can be improved, this is a very solid place to work with great opportunities. Head Count around 110. Wouldn't be surprised to see significant rev and headcount growth over the next 2-3 years.

My overall experience is that Smarty has the best culture that I have been a part of. They really care about every employee and want the best for them. It is a growing company which comes with excitement but also has its difficulties. Overall 10/10

It’s an amazing company with really great people. It’s young, so there are some growing pains, but I like that better than a rigid established business. Compensation is lower than average but there are company trips and other fun activities through the year.
