It’s an amazing company with really great people. It’s young, so there are some growing pains, but I like that better than a rigid established business. Compensation is lower than average but there are company trips and other fun activities through the year.

My overall experience is that Smarty has the best culture that I have been a part of. They really care about every employee and want the best for them. It is a growing company which comes with excitement but also has its difficulties. Overall 10/10

Overall Great company that is figuring out how do do things even better. 2024 should be a good growth year. Culturally a very strong company.
