Sales leadership at the time was very dis functional. VP of sales was a recent MBA grad with no experience. Overhired on the SDR team. Only 2 out of ~17 reps were hitting quota.

Product market fit is still good. Surely the best tech in the market when it comes to solution. Comp and comp plans need some work though to continue to improve performance incentives and drive sales by reps.

Very saturated market, but an excellent company to work for. Jack has done a tremendous job leading the company for years through thick and thin. Great place to get a start!
