Current Employee2.7Sep 6, 2023Slack has amazing people, however the acquisition by Salesforce has diminished process efficiencies, changed the culture, and diluted our control over the deal motion. The bureaucracy is the #1 reason why reps aren't successful and the company is slow to make necessary changes. It's still the good ole boys club.

While the product is excellent and superior to any competitor out there, breaking into new accounts is extremely difficult & it's hard to justify the price/compete with Teams in a budget-conscious market.
