Great company overall. A big structure underneath with Salesforce. However, still feel like you work for Slack.

Slack has amazing people, however the acquisition by Salesforce has diminished process efficiencies, changed the culture, and diluted our control over the deal motion. The bureaucracy is the #1 reason why reps aren't successful and the company is slow to make necessary changes. It's still the good ole boys club.

Slack's culture pre-Salesforce was incredible. Post-Salesforce, it's gone downhill. Slack as a company is gone. While the product is excellent and superior to any competitor out there, breaking into new accounts is extremely difficult & it's hard to justify the price/compete with Teams in a budget-conscious market.
