Good opportunities in Existing Business but very tough to go after New Business. Strong competition due to Microsoft’s dominance and Salesforce’s inability to bundle.

If they figure out how to calibrate the GTM Salesforce with Slack, there may be good upside in the future, but right now it feels chaotic.

While the product is excellent and superior to any competitor out there, breaking into new accounts is extremely difficult & it's hard to justify the price/compete with Teams in a budget-conscious market.
