Slack is a great place to sell if you have the right book. Most of the enterprise accounts have already been sold out. Multi year agreements, and add on products that enterprise accounts don’t want to buy, make it hard to sell into the sold out accounts. Making it extremely hard to hit your number. Benefits are you learn a lot there. A lot of great habits / skills I have been able to transfer into my new role.

Very poor with the Salesforce acquisition, the culture is in the toilet and its very difficult to hit your number

Great company a few years ago, challenging these days as we're integrating with Salesforce, and GTM feels like the wild wild west a bit. If they figure out how to calibrate the GTM Salesforce with Slack, there may be good upside in the future, but right now it feels chaotic.
